Test FW : k000c-534r212-20230113

The LED has been blinking after the Power booting
Previously, the LED blinking status disappeared after the boot was completed, but now it is not.
I think something is wrong with the control on the LED side.

QA team has difficulty in doing compatibility test or unit test required by SKB because LED status is not accurate.
Please check this issue as soon as soon as possible.
